#SMSCgives Participants Help Provide Hunger Relief
Almost 100 Community Members, employees and team members packaged meals for those in need on February 16 at Mystic Lake Center.
For this outreach opportunity, #SMSCgives partnered with Harvest Pack, a local nonprofit organization that helps coordinate meal packing events. Participants prepared nearly 27,000 meals of nutrient-rich oatmeal that were distributed to local organizations including the Belle Plaine Food Shelf, Bountiful Basket Food Shelf in Chaska, and the CAP Agency in Shakopee. Thank you to everyone who took time out of their afternoon to help.
