In late October and early November, #SMSCgives volunteers helped assemble fleece blankets for children in need of some extra comfort this season. The blankets were donated to the SMSC Family and Children Services Department and other children in Native American communities. Over the course of two days, volunteers gathered—with face coverings and social distancing measures in place—in the Playworks LINK Event Center to help assemble a total of 182 blankets.
