In partnership with the CAP Agency and Second Harvest Heartland, #SMSCgives hosted a produce distribution for local families in late October. With several safety precautions in place, volunteers helped distribute hundreds of pounds of fresh produce to local families facing various situations that can result in food insecurity during this unprecedented time. Working together, countless families were provided safe access to healthy produce, free of charge. Thank you to all volunteers—your efforts make a big difference in the fight to end hunger!
