In late September, #SMSCgives volunteers helped distribute 2,500 backpacks in partnership with the Greater Twin Cities United Way’s backpack distribution program, which provides essential school supplies to local students in need. Backpacks—which were filled with school supplies from United Way—were distributed to Indian Education Programs in the Twin Cities metro area over the course of two days at Dakotah Meadows Mini Storage. Thank you to all volunteers who helped impact students through this important educational initiative.
